When have you felt most in balance?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 20, 2008:
One way to be balanced is to realize you are in control of all the facets of your own life and to act and feel accordingly. While you may not directly control everything that happens to you, if you lose a leg after being run over by a bus, you can accept it and adapt to it, or refuse it and be in turmoil. I am most in balance when I accept the nature of things and use them to my advantage or carefully consider the situation and realize what improvements it has made upon me and what I've learned.
